Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who had blessed us in Christ Jesus with every spiritual blessings in the heavenly place, even as he choose us to be holy and blameless before him . He predestined us for adoption through Jesus Christ according to the purpose of his will” (Ephesians 1:3)
The pathway to your destiny has been chosen for you in the heavenly place before the foundation of the world. Paul said He predestined you for adoption in Christ Jesus. He made plan after the fall of Adams to have a generation who will belongs to him and recreate after his own image. He planned a Savior to redeemed humanity. “The seed of the woman will crush your head” said the Lord to the serpent. We are born again to crush the head of the serpent.
YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN.
Christ said to all of us born again: “You did not choose me I chose you that you should go to bring fruit and your fruit should remain (John 15:13).
He chose me as he chose all of us, born again believers, to be like Adam, a son or daughter of God. The word said ; To all who did received him and who believed in his name , He gave the right to become children of God, who were born not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man but of God ( John 1 :12)
Do you understand that you did not come to the Lord by your own will? It was the grace of God that led you path to meet with Jesus. The grace operates with the measure of faith given to each one of us that has accepted to follow the Lord.
YOUR PATH HAS BEEN DRAWN FOR YOU.
The story of the Samaritan woman as stated in John 4: 5 shows the illustration of the path to destiny. The bible story recount that at noon time the Samaritan woman went to the well to draw water while Jesus was sitting by the well of Jacobs... At noon day the sunshine was at his fullness. The hours was set for her to change her life as the clock indicated one minute after non is PM. She was drawn to fetch water at this unusual time. She was thirsty at this hour and find out she had no water at home, she was set for an appointment to meet the Lord and change the course of her life.. Her new life start at noon day with Jesus request: Give me a drink” Like her my life was change with Jesus request: Go home and join the church. She was not ignorant of the word. She said to Jesus” I know the Messiah will come and teach us all things” because the Samaritans were expecting the Messiah also. And Jesus reveal himself to her and said “I am He “. He told her the hour is coming and is now where the true worshiper will worship in spirit and in truth. For the Father is seeking for such people to worship him. God is looking for you.
Your Father in heaven is looking for you to worship him. He is calling you like he called Samuel a young boy dedicated to serve the Lord. There will be a noon time for you. Your life style is not an hindrance for you , You can be, like the Samaritan having five husbands. Or you can be a gang leader you can be a criminal, you can walk as good guy, but we all have to say to him:’ Give me of this water so I will not be thirsty again or have to come here to draw water”.
